KORMAC Machinery launches 8-10 major R&D projects every year to scale down systems deployment, meet market deployment, expand customer coverage, and expand on machines. It has a large team of researchers, mostly consisting of mechanical, electrical, electronic and physics engineers and auxiliary personnel.
Being an R&D center is one of our primary goals. For this purpose, two methods are used to create uniform personnel strength. The first of these is the benefit of training that will increase the income of existing personnel and the benefits obtained through academic studies such as master's and doctoral studies. The second is the reorganization of activities related to our broad growth strategy and the recruitment of appropriate R&D personnel to our R&D structure by selecting them with our consultants working at universities.
KORMAC Machinery, which has put together a team effort for a project with consultants from universities, plans to meet the needs of non-explosive companies after diversifying the R&D center documents. In order to maintain its success, it prefers to focus not only on new products or subjects, but also on subjects that have world-class innovation and can be industrialized to meet market needs. High added value; It aims to stand out in the sector by offering environmentally friendly products with high export potential and advanced technology to the market before its competitors.
The R&D activities of our center, which has 12 registered patents and utility model applications, are protected in a patent-oriented manner. It is aimed to determine the technical point reached and to exceed it by intensively researching R&D products from databases related to patents and registered publications.
